Stratumetrics supports litigation, claims administration, and insurance matters. Protecting the confidentiality of client information is fundamental to that work, and our security practices are designed around it.
This website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Consultation inquiries submitted through the site are transmitted encrypted, stored with our hosting provider, and accessible only to authorized Stratumetrics personnel. The website does not use accounts, does not process payments, and does not run third-party advertising scripts. We use Google Analytics for aggregate site usage measurement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Matter-related information is exchanged and handled under the terms of a written engagement agreement, which governs confidentiality, permitted use, and handling requirements. Access to engagement information is limited to the personnel and subject-matter specialists working on that matter, each subject to confidentiality obligations.
We apply access controls and encryption in transit across the systems we operate, limit data access to those who need it for the engagement, and review our practices as our systems and obligations evolve. Where client requirements impose specific handling standards, we address them in the engagement agreement.
